Shuttle from DoubleTree Hotel to the Wedding Venue

Shuttle Transportation We've got transportation covered so you can relax and enjoy the celebration! To the Venue The shuttle will depart the DoubleTree promptly at 3:00 PM. This is the only shuttle heading to the venue, so please plan to be ready a few minutes early—we'd hate to leave anyone behind! Back to the Hotel At the end of the night, we'll have two shuttle departures back to the DoubleTree. We'll announce the departure times during the reception, so whether you're ready to call it a night or are determined to be one of the last ones on the dance floor, we've got you covered.

Reservations can be made online by following the link below. Please note, reservations must be made by 5:00pm on July 3rd, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. If you prefer to make your reservations by phone, please call (269) 380-0320 and mention the Group Block Code (90R) This is the preferred hotel as it is close to the venue for the Welcome Reception on Friday and a shuttle will be provided to/from this hotel and the wedding venue.

FireKeepers Casino Hotel

This is another hotel option close to the wedding venue if you would prefer, however, a shuttle will not be provided to/from this hotel. Guests would need to coordinate their own transportation.
