When are RSVPs due?

Answer

RSVPs will be due 21 days prior to the event (August 15). Due to the venue's requirements on providing guest count, we are unable to accept RSVPs after this date.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask you to avoid sage green colors if possible as this will be the color of the bridesmaid dresses. The ceremony will be outdoors, so please look at the forecast & dress up or down as appropriate for that portion of the evening

What are the meal options?

Answer

We will have a buffet style meal, with Caesar salad, pork loin, chicken Florentine, pasta with marinara sauce, and various vegetables as sides. Please reach out if a specific vegetarian, vegan, allergen-friendly, or sensory-friendly meal is necessary, at least 21 days prior to the event (August 15).

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block set up with the Marriott at the Emerald Event Center, nearby the venue. The rooms reflect a ~$40 discount over standard rate and include a complementary shuttle to/from the venue. You can also call the hotel at 440-937-0909 & give them our names / date to book as well. Any unbooked rooms will be released from the block & lose their discounted pricing 30 days before the event.
