Flight
We suggest that you book your flights as soon as possible, as the month of February is considered a "peak" period to travel to Phuket. P.S.: Air Asia is currently offering affordable flight tickets from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket. FYI: 1st of February 2023 is a public holiday in Kuala Lumpur (Federal Territories Day), and 6th of February 2023 is a national public holiday (Thaipusam).
Hotel
We suggest that you book your accommodation (i.e. hotels or airbnbs) as soon as possible, as the month of February is considered a "peak" period to travel to Phuket. We also recommend that you stay in or around the district of Patong, as our reception is in Patong (i.e. Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong).
Travel Note
As this is a continuous event, we will provide shuttle services from St. Joseph's Catholic Church (i.e. the ceremony venue) to Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong (i.e. the reception venue) after the ceremony ends. We will also provide shuttle services from Avista Hideaway Phuket Patong (i.e. the reception venue) to your respective hotels, after the reception ends. As for your other transportation, including transportation from your respective hotels to St. Joseph's Catholic Church (i.e. the ceremony venue) - it is convenient to travel around Phuket using the GrabApp or the local taxis readily available everywhere. Based on our experience, it is common for travellers to independently negotiate with the grab drivers for lower travel fares for the rest of their transportation needs in Phuket. P.S.: If you are using the GrabApp to travel from Phuket International Airport to your respective hotels, do note that GrabApp drivers are only allowed to do pick-ups from the main road located in front of the airport. Alternatively, you can opt for the local taxi services available at the airport (although, this option is slightly more expensive).
