Jolie went to her favorite sushi place. She ended up sitting next to Mac, who was in Tacoma for several weeks for his military duty. They instantly hit it off! Part 1: A long distance relationship which ended with a looooong break... Part 2: A grand gesture, a rekindling, much romance, and a proposal! After many twists and turns, here we are!

Somehow Mac was able to sneak into town without Jolie’s knowledge. Jolie’s mom sent her to the sushi restaurant with a clever story and to her great surprise, there was Mac! He proposed right outside the restaurant where they had shared their first kiss ~ Jolie and Lucie made the 3000 mile road trip to North Carolina over the summer, and are STILL trying to adjust to the heat, the accent, and all things fried...
