We have secured a room block with the Loews Hotel, however, we are conscious of different financial situations which may require you book a room at a different hotel. That being said, there are many other affordable hotels in the area - some are walking distance and some may require transportation. To help you find accommodations, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms for two nights from Thursday, January 15th to Friday, January 16th. This is about a five minute walk to our venue. Due to other events going on at the Hotel, the only rooms available in our room block are rooms with a single King bed. There are a limited number of rooms reserved, so it will be first come first serve.
