What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the Twin Oaks venue around 3:45pm to 4pm. The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Allow yourself some time to get settled and enjoy the outdoor air!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/Semi-formal. Bring a nice coat as our wedding ceremony and reception are outdoors.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour and will take place outdoors. The reception will be taking place in an open air pavilion. The weather is expected to be chilly at night, please plan to bring a coat.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No transportation will be provided. The address of the wedding venue is Twin Oaks at 236 Deer Springs Rd. San Marcos, CA 92069. The ceremony and reception will be held at the same place, so no need to travel in between locations.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, once you turn into the Twin Oaks venue, there will be an open parking lot. Park wherever you'd like, it's free!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know immediately! The best way to let us know is to indicate online during your RSVP process. If you are having difficulty listing this information, please call or text Joleen and Da'zuan!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, we did not book a hotel room block for guests. Please see the Accommodations tab for a list of places to stay recommended by our venue. If they are not to your liking, please feel free to find a place to stay nearby the venue or even in San Diego! The venue is about 40 minutes without traffic to Central San Diego where many restaurants, shopping centers and beaches are located.

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

The best way to RSVP is online through our website, there will be a tab labeled "RSVP". If you are having troubles locating or filling out the online RSVP please let us know immediately!

RSVP by February 10th, 2024!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

While a gift if not required, anything would be appreciated. Our online registry is listed under the "Registry" tab of our website.

Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end approximately at 9:30pm to 10:00pm, please consider staying for the grand exit of the bride and groom!

How do I know if I am able to bring a guest?

Answer

If we had room for you to bring a guest, you will automatically see space(s) for additional guests when you RSVP on our website. If you have any questions, please text or call us!
