Welcome to Pennsylvania all you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Altoona should be moderately chills with average highs around 57 degrees and lows around 38 degrees. You can expect some wind. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their bu... well you get the point.
