Hers: When I saw him that day, I said to myself "Why is he back again?" That's because he was at my hall 5 months prior, and I remember because I asked him: "is that your wife?" pointing to his friend Dayana who came with him along with her husband, Eric, and their children, and that was the end of our conversation. But this time that he came he made sure to come alone, and we had the chance to talk after the meeting but we kept getting interrupted, so he asked me for my number, which without any hesitation I gave away, but then immediately regretted it because I didn't give my number away like that...I still regret it...JUST KIDDING! His: I was invited to give a last-minute talk in her congregation. The funny thing is, I reluctantly accepted the invitation at first, but then had a change of heart. After engaging in that meaningful conversation at the kingdom hall, 6 months and 2 weeks passed by, and we got engaged to be wed. It was fun and very difficult to keep it a secret, but with the help of Oscar (her brother) and Tanisha (her sister-in-law) we managed to pull off the perfect engagement. It was a very special day that neither of us will ever forget!
