What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT attend" on the RSVP so we may plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

What happens if I don't RSVP or miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

To ensure everything runs smoothly with our vendors, we will need a final head count prior to the big day. If we don't hear from you, we will have to assume you will not be attending.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend! If your invitation includes their names, they are invited to join us for the celebration. Please let us know if you need any special accommodations for them.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

We will not be having a hotel block set up. We will however, be renting an AirBnB 15 minutes from the venue that sleeps up to 20+ guests! If you interested in staying here with us, please let us know!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal dress code for our wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive around 3:30pm to 3:45pm at the latest to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in.

Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors on a beautiful ranch. We expect chilly weather so be sure to dress accordingly. The reception and remainder of the wedding will be indoors.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of parking space available on site at the venue! The ceremony and reception space will be a short walk from the parking lot.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Reach out to the bride and groom with any allergy related concerns/ requests.
