We met like most people do now, online! Megan swiped right on Paul's fishing picture, and Paul was mesmerized by Megan's green eyes so he struck up a conversation. A first date was quickly set for dinner and mini golf, which Megan won! :) It was love at first sight for Paul, he says all it took was one look in Megan's green eyes and he was done for. Megan took a little longer to realize that Paul is her person but once she realized it there was no turning back.

Paul pulled off the sweetest surprise proposal! Megan scheduled a venue tour for the Sunday after Thanksgiving thinking Paul couldn't possibly keep the ring in his pocket for too long without proposing! She was very wrong... Paul contacted the venue owner and planned to propose at the ceremony site, followed by a Tuscan picnic lunch, and a mini engagement shoot. Megan had convinced herself he must be waiting for Christmas so she was completely surprised when Paul went down on one knee! The following weekend he planned a surprise dinner with their families that was the icing on the cake!
