What is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1, 2026 using the link on your invitation. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you have other fabulous plans and won’t be joining us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:30 p.m., allowing time for parking and the walk to the ceremony site.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors in the Scenic Vista, the backyard of the Estate, surrounded by the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains. Afterward, join us for cocktail hour outdoors on the Grand Terrace, which features both brick and grassy areas. The evening will continue indoors with dinner and dancing in the elegant Grand Hall, which opens up to the scenic outdoors.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We’re going for an upscale garden party vibe! Florals and pastels are highly encouraged. Think flowy dresses (floor-length to knee-length), polished suits or tuxedos, and full garden-party glamour. Dress to impress! Because if you know the bride, formal attire is her Super Bowl... and she has been training for this her whole life. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the lawn, so we recommend footwear suitable for grass and uneven surfaces. Wedges, block heels, or stylish flats are perfect picks! Most importantly, your presence matters more than your outfit. Wear what you have, feel comfortable, and don’t fret. We’re just so excited to celebrate with you.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one, their name will magically appear next to yours when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
We love your kids, but due to space limitations, we kindly ask that only the children included in your RSVP join us. If your little ones aren’t listed, we hope you enjoy a fun night off. You deserve it! Thank you so much for understanding and for celebrating with us.

Is there a hotel block for the wedding?
Answer
Rather than securing a single room block, we’ve chosen to allow guests the flexibility to book accommodations that best suit their needs. There are many wonderful options near the venue, and we’ve included a curated list of nearby hotels and rentals on our Travel page to make planning easy. We’re so grateful you’re making the trip and cannot wait to celebrate together!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Free onsite parking is available at the Estate. Follow the signs to the two large lots, just a short stroll from the venue. Need a little extra help? Guests can be dropped off at the front entrance before parking. We’ll make sure you are taken care of!

What is for dinner?
Answer
Sure, it’s an upscale party… but in Jeremy & Whitney’s world, good food always wins over fancy aesthetics. That’s why a southern garden party wouldn’t be complete without the best local barbecue in town! Get ready for hickory-smoked pulled BBQ, smoked chicken, grilled hotdogs, and all the sides and fixings your heart could desire. Come hungry… we promise it'll be delicious!

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy the celebration safely and happily. When you RSVP, you’ll have a chance to let us know your dietary needs. We’ll make sure there’s a delicious option just for you.

What if we need to head out a little early?
Answer
Absolutely! We’re so happy you were here to celebrate with us. If you need to slip away early, an Irish goodbye is totally fine. You’ve already made our day unforgettable.
