We are moving forward with our originally scheduled date, but we are working to make the event a safe and healthy place despite the COVID-19 situation. We are planning an outdoor event, this means that masks are not required but feel free to wear them while outside. Hand sanitizer will be placed around the event, but feel free to bring your own. All activities will be outside except for the meal. When we get to the meal portion of the evening, we will dismiss people in small groups. Masks are required when going through the buffet table (if you don't have a mask, one will be provided to you then). When the meal is over, we will dismiss people back outside in groups to finish our day outside.
