FAQs

The Wedding Website of Joie Anacker and Luke MacNicoll
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. FOR THE LADIES: Knee - ankle length dresses. Pops of color are great! *Please avoid wearing white or green* FOR THE GENTLEMEN: No jeans. Tie not necessary. Suit or a button down with slacks and sport coat is recommended. The groomsmen will be in navy blue.

Question

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are outdoors. We recommend bringing a warmer layer for the evening. Heating lamps will be set up if it's chilly.

Question

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

No, we've provided a range of options in the Travel & Accommodations tab for all budgets (all of which we've stayed at ourselves)! If you're booking with 6+ people, we'd also recommend checking out Airbnb properties near the venue.

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. However, we encourage you to use a ride share service like Uber or Lyft if you'll be indulging in the open bar! You may leave your car at the venue overnight, but you must pick it up by 9am the next morning.

Question

Will there be any shuttles from hotels to the venue?

Answer

No, we are not organizing shuttles from one location. We encourage guests to use a ride share service like Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue. Parking is available at the venue if you prefer to drive yourself, and you may leave your car overnight if needed. Cars must be picked up by 9am the following morning.

Question

Is there a registry and how do I access it?

Answer

Yes! Visit the Registry tab for our wish list.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer
