2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
This shuttle will ONLY be picking up guests from the Fairfield Inn & Suites that we have our hotel block at. If you are not staying at the Fairfield, you'll either need to have your own transportation arranged OR arrange transportation to the Fairfield ahead of time for shuttle pickup. Please only RSVP for this if you intend to use it so that we can appropriately plan.

This event is semi-formal (no jeans please!)
Ceremony at 3:30pm Cocktail Hour to follow! Reception will start at 5 pm with dinner starting at 5:30 pm. Celebration will continue until 11pm.
9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We will have a bus for guests to use to take back to the hotel if you aren't driving a vehicle or won't be able to safely drive back. Please mark if this is something you may be using so that we can plan appropriately. This will only be running to the hotel where the hotel block is. The venue has let us know that Ubers are very unreliable on the way back after receptions so even if you use one to get to the wedding please know that it may not be an option back. Make sure to select the time block you'd prefer! NOTE: the time slot you select is the one you will be assigned to.
