Directions to the Venue and Parking?

Answer

Google maps can be a bit deceiving for the venue. Once on the property, head towards The Lodge and staff will be onsite to direct you to parking. Will there be transport from hotels to the venue?

Answer

We plan on coordinating carpool's back to the Hilton Garden hotel. Unfortunately, there will be no shuttle. Around Frederick, it is pretty easy to find ride shares to the venue and we highly encourage sharing with other guests! If you need a carpool group, text Kate or Richard and we can connect you with others.

How should I get to my accommodations from the airports?

Answer

The wedding is located in a part of town that is most accessible by driving. We recommend renting a car or carpooling. You may have some luck with ride shares though they will probably be expensive due to the distance.

What area should I stay in?

Answer

There are plenty of hotels, Air BNBs, and VRBOs in the area. We recommend looking in Frederick, MD or Gettysburg, PA. We are in the process of coming up with a list of recommendations for hotels in the area.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Answer

BWI, Reagan, and Dulles are all within an hour driving distance of Frederick, MD depending on traffic.
