For the wedding day, Saturday, shuttles will be provided to and from Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Pick-up and drop-off will be at Le Meridien Hotel, Central Park. On Friday, we recommend ubering or taking the subway (F train) to the welcome party at The Bowery Hotel.
Busses to Blue Hill will load at 3pm and depart at 3:15pm from Le Meridien Central Park (120 W 57th St, New York, NY 10019) on Saturday for arrival by 4:30pm at Blue Hill at Stone Barns (630 Bedford Rd, Tarrytown, NY). Return busses from Blue Hill back to Le Meridien will run from 10:30pm until 1am. If you anticipate needing to leave before 10:30pm, please make your way to the bar and have another drink. If that fails, we recommend scheduling an Uber ahead of time as calling Ubers can take a while from up there.
Our hotel blocks are located in New York City, close to Central Park. The welcome party will be in downtown NYC. Transportation will be provided on the wedding day to and from Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown, NY.
The welcome party attire is Cowboy Cocktail: think cowboy hats, boots, bolo ties or any chic attire (have fun!). We ask men to wear jackets, women in cocktail dresses or equivalent. (No denim please) The wedding attire is black-tie. We ask men to wear tuxes or suits, women to wear floor length or midi dresses.
Lite bites and desserts will be provided at the welcome party. We suggest to eat dinner at our recommended restaurants in downtown NYC prior to the welcome party.
We love your children, but this will be an adult-only event.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception and afterparty will be held indoors on the Stone Barns property.
