For those of you arriving at O'Hare International Airport (ORD), using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft is recommended, and are available for pick-up at Terminal 2, Upper Level between Door 2A and 2E. For those who wish to rent a car the free Airport Transit System (ATS) connects terminals and the car rental facility.
