We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Below you’ll find helpful information on getting to Stratton, where to stay, and how to make the most of your trip. Important Note: Uber and other ride-share services aren’t available near Stratton Mountain. If you’re not staying in our room block, please plan to drive and have a designated driver for the celebration.

Room Block

A room block has been set up for our guests in the village commons. Follow the link to choose from a variety of room types and sizes to suit your group. Be sure to book by July 15th to take advantage of the special wedding rate! If you do not see the type of room you need please reach out to Sam or John and we can help! Helpful Tip: When booking it will default to the Black Bear Lodge. To view other lodging options, please click on the “Change” button to the right. If you would like to call and book your room please call the reservations team at 1.800.787.6228. Be sure to mention our wedding!

Travel Note

House or Condo Rental

If you are interested in a house or condo rental not within the room block, I have put together a list of a few options. All of these house rentals are located in the Stratton area and are within 10 minutes to the mountain. The links shared are currently available from Friday–Sunday, but availability may change at any time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help or have questions! If you choose housing from this list, please note that you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the wedding, as transportation will not be provided. Each link is labeled with the number of guests the house can accommodate. There are many more links on VRBO if you are interested :)

Shuttle

For your convenience, we will have a shuttle running from our room block to the mountain both before the ceremony and after the reception. That said, everything is also within easy walking distance, so feel free to stroll and enjoy the village! For guests not staying in the room block, there is a large parking lot at the base of the mountain where you can park for free. Address: 5 Village Lodge Road Stratton Mountain VT 05155

Airport Information

For guests flying in, there are several airport options, all of which will require a rental car to reach Stratton Mountain: Albany International Airport (NY): 1.5–2 hour drive Bradley International Airport (CT): 2–2.5 hour drive Logan International Airport (MA): ~3 hour drive
