We will provide additional forms at the guard shack if needed, however to ensure you have no delays checking in, please have this completed before you come!

R-Ranch In The Sequoias

This is where the wedding will be held. It is possible to reserve a cabin here, however it is a private community and requires the purchase of an ownership. There are owners who rent their ownerships out for a minimum of 6 months (board required) at $745/6 mos. This is a great option for anyone staying more than 3 nights or able to split the cost with other guests. A few things to know are; (1) Anyone agreeing to split costs with you who is not an immediate family member to be claimed on your ownership is considered a guest and you will be responsible for their guest fees of $10/night pp. (2) You may reserve no earlier than 30 days in advance, (3) No cabin you see online is guaranteed until you've called in your reservation as this is a first come, first serve process, and (4) No linens are provided at the cabins; you will need to provide your own towels, sheets, blankets, and toiletries. If interested, Ryan or Lindsay will be happy to walk you through the process!
