Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we are not able to include them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your children, so please know there are wonderful childcare options and family friendly summer activities at Snowbird. Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

June is a terrific time in the Wasatch Mountains! You can expect daytime highs in the high 70's or low 80s and night temps in the mid 50s. Most mountain mornings start out cool and transition into warm, sunny days followed by cool evenings. Canyon winds and scattered showers are possible, so bring a jacket to stay comfortable.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors at 11,000 feet on a sunny deck at the Snowbird Summit! Reception will be indoors. The alpine sun can be quite bright & wind is often present. Our reception will be indoors at the Snowbird Summit with stunning view of the mountains & sunset.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Comfortable cocktail attire (no jeans). We recommend you bring a warm layer as evenings can be breezy or cool. Men: Suit with or without a tie. Slacks and a button up with or without a tie. Women: Knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress. Suit or jumpsuit. Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present for our ceremony & ask that you refrain from taking photos during this special moment. Following the ceremony, you're free to snap as many pics as possible & we hope you'll share them with us here on Zola!

Question

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please share your dietary restrictions or allergy information on your printed reply or RSVP here on our website. Snowbird's chef & kitchen are dedicated to your comfort & health. They will make every effort to ensure you have a delicious & safe meal at our wedding. Please note that it may not be possible to adapt some menu items, like wedding cake, for guests with specific allergies or dietary restrictions.

Question

How will I get up to the Summit?

Answer

Guests will travel to the Summit using Snowbird Aerial Tram! You are invited to ride the tram at 4:00 or 4:20 p.m. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your desired tram departure time. Your ride is complementary, and we will provide a QR code for tickets a few days before the wedding. A signed waiver is required to ride the tram to the Summit. The link to fill out the waiver is below. We will also send out an email with the waiver, so make sure to add your email address to your contact information on Zola. https://apps.1risk.cloud/1waiverKioskv3/sign?a=aHR0cHM6Ly9teS4xcmlzay5uZXQvc25vd2JpcmRhcGl8OTU4MzFiMmRhNzcxNDdjYzlmZTU3ODdjNmVlNTJmNWF8MzA

Question

How will I get down from the Summit?

Answer

Private trams for our wedding guests will depart from the Summit at 10:40 & 11:00 pm. Public trams run continuously every 20 minutes until 8:00 pm. Additional trams are available upon request if needed.

Question

I'm not used to altitude. How can I make sure I have a good time?

Answer

The best preventions for altitude sickness are time to transition, hydration & rest. Arriving in Salt Lake City a day or two early, giving yourself time to adjust will help. Ski patrol will be at the summit in case anyone needs medical attention.

For all the days along the way
