Wedding Party

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us.

Katherine (Katie) Marchino

Matron of Honor

We met our sophomore year of college. I ran into Biology lab late looking like a hot mess. I guess she felt sorry for me so she let cheat off of her for all of our quizzes. Later in the semester she handed me a class schedule and told me to sign up for all those classes next semester. After that we were pretty much inseparable. She taught me how to be more organized and study, I taught her how to loosen up and party. This girl has been with me through thick and thin, and I really don’t know what I would have done without her friendship. She has always believed in me and supported me no matter what.

Rodney Stoutenger

Best Man

Iv known this guy for 29 years. Someone that knows me in and out and sees right through me even when I don’t. Rodney has taught me a million things in life, but the best lesson yet has been how to be a brother. What it means and the power associated with it. When we work together, we move mountains. When I want to be a pain In his side, he simply sucks it up and keeps climbing with me on his back. Hardly complains. Rodney allowed me the experience of a lifetime and never once judged me or forgot that I was his brother. His little brother. I don’t know a better man. Smart and successful is an understatement. People always say “you don’t get to pick your family”. Well even if I did, I’d pick Rodney every time. Proud to call him my big brother and my best man!

Nina Soileau

Bridesmaid

I met Nina during one of the hardest times of my life, and we instantly clicked. She got me and she accepted me just as I was. She is the type of friend that if you tell her the floor is hot lava she will pump up on the couch (inside joke). We have had to watch each other struggle, but we have also gotten to see each other grow into our most authentic selves. It’s crazy that we both started dating our guys around the same time and now we are both getting MARRIED!!! I’m so grateful that we both get to stand next to each other to witness our special days.

Colton Collins

Groomsman

Mom always told me to make friends with the biggest guy in the room and no one else would mess with me. So I did. Standing 10’ tall, Shy, quiet and timid, I jumped in this guys face in 6th grade. Colton has been my best friend since. From drunk adventures and races through the hills, to picking me up when I’m down. Honored to have this guy in my life. He’s one I know I can call in the middle of the night, ask for help, with no questions asked, he shows up. This boys mama raised him right. I know he will have my back until the end.

Erica Heller

Bridesmaid

There is no better friend than Erica! She is the most selfless person I know. She is always worried about and taking care of everyone else. She has been someone I can confide in throughout my sobriety. She comforts me when I need it and is always a voice of reason to lift me up. She somehow always manages to check in on me when I need it most. Erica is like a ray of sunshine that brightens every room she walks into. Her love of rainbows, unicorns and glitter puts a smile on everyone’s face. I’m grateful to have her love and light in my life!

Mason Royal

Groomsman

This guy was a strange one when we were younger. Never understood him and why we always had to help when we were at his house. Fast forward 15 years of friendship,I realize now. He was the man of the house and would do anything for his mom and sister. A man of true integrity and honesty. He’s inspired me in numerous ways but the main one was his discipline. After watching him fail over and over, just to get back up and try harder, I got to watch this man become more than just a son and a brother. He achieved his dream of being a fire fighter and fought long and hard to get there. I don’t see him much, but he literally helped me trash my past to have a new beginning. All I had to do is call and ask for help, mason was there, every time.

Natalie Lively

Bridesmaid

Natalie started as my sober living house manager the first time I lived in Austin. I did not stay sober that time, but when I was ready to come back she welcomed me with open arms. She has been a living example to me of what it looks like to achieve long term sobriety. She introduced me to my home group and the ladies there, and for that I will always be grateful. She has gone from being a mentor to being one of my closest friends. Oh, and she gives the best hugs in the world!

Russ Macias

Groomsman

I met this man through Colton. With a long story of Coltons car ending up in a pond with Russ being the man that towed him out at 3am. This is a story you have to hear from them. After this we began hanging out with Russ and Coltons sister Amy more. Lots of country boy stories here, but the best time was when Russ and I piled on my wheeler and tore up the same mud pit over and over for hours. Got back to the house with Amy waiting with a hose, not even slightly surprised. I graduated from the mud and was honored to have been asked to officiate Russel and Amy ‘s wedding. If I needed one, Russ would give me the shirt of his back and give a ride anywhere I needed to go. I can’t count the times he has fixed my broken wheeler or truck. A phone call away any time of day!
