Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of immediate family members of the bride and groom. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Please make sure to RSVP 'yes' or 'no' by July 18th, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you are unable to attend, please make sure to RSVP 'no' so we can plan accordingly with our guest count for vendors. Please do this before July 18th, 2025 when RSVPs are due!

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot at Pine Hollow, please do! Just be sure to pick it up by 9:00 am CST the next morning.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! We are requesting a cocktail/semi-formal dress code for the evening. Please feel free to wear whatever color you would like, but please no white! :)

Where should I stay?
Answer
First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided everyone with hotel options near the venue that you may book for the night. This will be located under the 'Travel' tab on our website with links attached to each hotel to check availability and book!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will be starting at 5:00 pm CST. To avoid being late and missing anything, we recommend arriving by 4:45 pm CST to ensure parking and finding a seat before the ceremony starts!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We have hired an amazing photographer named Sarah, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos once the ceremony is finished!
