We both love to travel and experience the abundant beauty our planet has to offer in its landscapes, biodiversity, and culture. We agree that it is one of life's precious gifts to be able to share traveling experiences with the people you love. We both visited Costa Rica during our high school years prior to meeting in college and found it to be one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Since we started dating 6 years ago, we've been blessed to travel together and experience many new places as a couple. We've always talked about going back to Costa Rica to experience it together. And what a better time than to get married?! Additionally, we thought it would be a great way to create a new, unique experience for all of our close family and friends to share together!
Please refer to the Travel page for all information on how to book with Brandi.
When you visit the RSVP page, type in your name. Find your party. Click "Next Event" and you will find the Wedding Ceremony. RSVP yourself/your party and submit!
If you know you can make it, we recommend reserving your room with the $100 deposit as soon as possible! The longer you wait, the more expensive the rooms could get. Given the location, please soft RSVP by December 2, as this will help us with planning efforts! Flights are available to book at any time.
For guests on Facebook, there is a Facebook group called "Westin Reserve Conchal Info and Discussion" where you can find a ton of information about the resort, see photos, reviews, tours, and get an inside scoop from previous and current guests!
If your guest is listed on your invitation, yes! Otherwise, we would like to make the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family.
Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire Wedding: Think lightweight, formal beach attire. Ladies: Sundresses, jumpsuits, maxi-dresses, sandals, wedges, etc. Men: Button ups, linen pants, nice shorts, etc.
Most of the resort is casual dress, but there are certain areas/restaurants at the resort that have a dress code. The dress code for dinner restaurants is generally casual elegant, with suggestions of slacks and a collared shirt for men and slacks or a dress for ladies.
Your presence is our present! It is a special gift to us to spend this time with family and friends. For those who have expressed interest, we have set up a fund for our future honeymoon in the Registry section. Please do not bring physical gifts to Costa Rica. :)
This is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children related to the bride and groom and specifically named on the invitation.
You are not required to book through Brandi, but for the best experience, we would encourage you to.
Yes! The resort is about an hour drive from the Liberia airport. Brandi will set up the airport transfers when you book through her.
Since this is an international trip, yes you need a passport. If you already have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. The expiration must be at least 6 months AFTER your return date.
We understand the cost to travel and take time off work may be too much for some. We would love for everyone to join if they are able, but completely understand if you cannot. No explanation needed!
We are available to provide more information! Please text Jessica at 402-297-5435 or Austin at 402-817-9261.
