Where is the best place to fly in for the wedding?

Answer

San Diego International Airport is the primary airport closest to the venue. Another option could be LAX if you're coming from out of state or across the country, but then it'll be about an hour and a half drive from there.

Where is the best place to stay to be close to the venue but also have stuff to do?

Answer

Honestly, anywhere in San Diego county is a great place to stay. If you want to be central to the wedding and fun to do's, we recommend the Rancho Bernardo or La Jolla area. Escondido will have you as close as you can get to the venue, and staying Downtown will just mean a longer drive to and from the wedding. No matter where you stay, it's going to be a blast!

What are the wedding colors/theme?

Our colors are hunter green, white, gray and gold.

Will the wedding be kid friendly?

Answer

Yes! We love kids and want them here to celebrate! That being said, we also want our adult guests to be able to enjoy themselves. We will be providing two lifeguard, CPR trained adults who will be running a "kid's corner" during the reception. They are both experienced with kids of all ages and we'd trust them with our own, so please allow yourself to have a cocktail or two while your kids are supervised by someone who is not you!

Are cell phones allowed?

Answer

We know our venue is pretty cool and you'll want to get in all the selfies, but please note this is an UNPLUGGED ceremony and any cell phones on during our ceremony will be fed to the rhinos. Worried about pictures?? We hired an amazing photographer who will take plenty of photos which will be available for guest viewing and purchase after the wedding.

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be hosting an open bar during our reception. We want our guest to enjoy themselves!
