We ask that you RSVP by August 22nd to ensure that we communicate guest count to our vendors. And to make sure we have enough alcohol for everyone...
We ask that you arrive between 4:00 to 4:45 PM for the ceremony. If you see the wedding party throughout your time arriving please wait until after the ceremony to stop them to share your excitement! We look forward to sharing our love with you after we say "I Do"!
We ask that our guest dress in Semiformal attire for the wedding to help with pictures. For some great advice on what is considered "Semiformal Attire" please visit this website: https://www.thespruce.com/semi-formal-attire-guidelines-1216504
We have booked a hotel block provided under the "Travel" tab in our website. Please feel free to reach out to them with our supplied code on that page to ensure that you can get one of those rooms blocked off for you. Keep in mind that we have not provided enough hotel rooms in that block for every guest or couple, so the sooner you book the better discount you may receive.
There is parking at the ceremony/reception but the parking location may require our guest to park then take a short walk to the ceremony/reception location. This is a perfect opportunity to take in the beauty that our venue and state of Kentucky provides at this time of year :) We do ask that you carpool with friends and family to the event. Those who are handicapped and need special assistance with parking will be a priority in the primary lot.
We are registered, but you attending our special day is a gift that will last us a lifetime. If you would like to send the Bride and Groom a gift please use our "Registry" tab on our website.
We ask that you leave the home-brews at home for this event. We have provided alcohol through our licensed bartender. If you require a drink they will make it or provide it free of charge.
While we love that you have a companion that you would like to share this day with, we ask that unless your RSVP states that we have allocated a seat for your guest that you respectfully decline bringing them.
It is normally between 65-80 during this time of year in Versailles. We recommend bringing something to keep you warm in case the temperature drops during the reception.
