Question
Where is the wedding venue?
Answer
We are having our ceremony and reception at Koru Berry Farm in Homestead, IA. The venue is just 20 minutes west of Coralville/Iowa City. Easiest access to the location is off of I-80.

When should I be there?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm and will last less than 20 minutes. We ask that you not arrive sooner than 4:30pm, as we will be trying to get bridal party and family pictures out of the way prior to the ceremony. If you cannot attend the ceremony, cocktails and snacks will be provided at 5:30pm and the reception will begin at 6:00pm.

Will the ceremony be outside?
Answer
Maybe! 😅 Pending on the weather forecast, we are hoping to have our ceremony outside in a sheltered area of the vineyard. If the weather ends up being too cold or inclement, we will bring all activities indoors. Please plan to bring an extra layer that will keep you comfortable if it is a cool fall day.

Are kids invited?
Answer
While we adore your kids, the only kids in attendance will be children from our immediate families. We have limited space and want all of our guests to enjoy the open bar and have a great time.

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
We are lucky to have many people we would love to share our day with and due to that, we will be offering plus ones only to select individuals. Please do not bring anyone who is not named on your invitation.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is October 21st. RSVPs will be collected via the website and are now open. If you have trouble completing the form, please contact Megan by emailing megan.lewey@gmail.com.

What is the dress code?
Answer
You are welcome to wear whatever you are comfortable in, but we encourage you to use the occasion to dress your best. You may feel a bit out of place in casual wear, but we understand not everyone is comfortable in formal wear.

Can I take photos?
Answer
We ask you not to use electronics or take photos at the ceremony as we have hired amazing photographers to do that for us and we would rather they capture your beautiful faces than the backs of your phones. However, the reception is a party and you can take and share as many photos as you would like.

Is it in an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have beer, wine and signature cocktails available to our guests at no cost. We will also provide unlimited water, lemonade, coke and diet coke. We appreciate your assistance with tipping the bartenders generously as we appreciate their service.

Will parking be available?
Answer
Yes. There is ample free parking at the venue. Since it's outside of town, we encourage carpooling to the venue from the hotel in Coralville. Please consider a designated driver, as Uber and Lyft likely will not be available from our venue.

I RSVP'd yes, but now I can't make it. What should I do?
Answer
As disappointed as we will be to miss you, we understand life happens. Please email or text one of us as soon as possible so we can update our numbers with our caterer. We hope to celebrate with you at different time!

If you are inclined to give something, we would greatly appreciate a contribution toward one of our cash funds or an item on our registry.
