We encourage guests to arrive 15-30 minutes early so you can find parking, explore the venue a bit, and find your seat. We also encourage car pooling.
Unless stated on your RSVP we cannot accommodate a plus one for you due to limited space, we hope you understand
While we love your little ones, this is a strictly adult only event due to size capacity and limitations.
Approved: dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, dress pants, nice jeans, pearl snap shirts, heels, sandals, cowboy and cowgirl boots Not approved: tee shirts, ripped jeans, white clothing items, denim shorts, crop tops, flip flops. PLEASE NOTE: this event will be exclusively outdoors on grass
Unfortunately there will not be an open bar or any hard liquor bottles on site, however we will have bottled and canned alcohol, as well as plenty of non alcoholic drinks as well.
There will be on site parking available but it is limited so we encourage car pooling if possible!
THIS WILL BE AN UNPLUGGED CEREMONY! Please turn off all phones and cameras for the ceremony as we want to cherish this moment with you all. Please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during the reception, we’d love to see your point of view. Please refrain from posting photos of our wedding as we’d like to make our own formal posting.
