Huntsville is essentially a one-road town - which is why we picked it! The town has an art gallery, saloon, coffee shop, lake access... and that's about it. Our dream for the weekend is for it feel like a family reunion: run into your old college friends at the coffee shop, grab a burger and beer with your cousins...
Formal invitations with RSVP information will be mailed out in March/April.
We love your kiddos, but we have decided to not have children (16 and younger) at the wedding ceremony and evening to follow. Kids are invited to (and encouraged to attend!) all other wedding weekend events, like the Welcome Party and Lake Day.
If you are staying anywhere other than Huntsville, we encourage you to rent a car or carpool.
There is endless parking available on side streets around Huntsville Square and around the neighboring Huntsville Town Park. The church parking lot next to the Square is also open, we just ask you park closer to the church.
We are hoping for 80s during the day and 60s at night. However, it's Utah, and weather can be unpredictable. Temperature could near 100. Also, Salt Lake City will be ~10 degrees warmer than in the mountains. Regardless, pack a jacket for the evenings!
To highlight the rustic charm of Huntsville and our love of spending time outdoors in the desert and mountains of the west, our dress code is Cocktail Attire with a Western Flair. Think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, hats, bolo ties, fun accessories, and slacks with jackets. Bonus points for anything with glitter.
Huntsville is a one-street town without a single stoplight, so you won't miss it, but Huntsville Square is located at 7355 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT 84317. Across the street from Compass Rose Lodge and right next door to Shooting Star Saloon.
Since we recommend most our guests to stay at Wolf Creek Resort, we are not getting a hotel block. If you decide to stay in a hotel, we recommend the Marriott Courtyard in Ogden.
