Kayla's Story: We met at a friends house that just so happened to be my neighbor. Joag would come over every Friday after work and at first I couldn't stand him. I thought he was rude and I couldn't stand him. The more he came around the more I got to know him the more I liked him. We would stay up until 3-4am just laughing and talking and that is when I knew I liked him. I liked him so much that I actually asked him out on our first date on 10/27/2012. We went to 7 floors of hell and he grabbed my hand and leaded me through each haunted house and I really started to like him. After seeing him with my 2 kids I was smitten. We dated for two months and on 12/16/12 he told me that I was his girlfriend. After 2 years of being together he took me on our very first vacation to Las Vegas where we had the time of our lives, our flight back was when I really realized that if I was gonna die (yes that flight was that bad) I would want to die next to him. A year later we went on our very first family vacation to Myrtle Beach, and he made another dream of mine come true. After 3 years we took the plunge and bought a house together and adopted 2 fur babies. These past 7 years Joag has seen me at my worst, and has loved me through them. On 9/1/19 7 years later in front of my family he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes he is my Best Friend, rudeness and all. Jason's Side: So I met Kayla over Dave and Matt Cantwell's house. we would hang out there for a couple hours talking but then it went to phone conversations then yes she asked me to a haunted house and from there we started dating, After a few dates I met Kaydance and Brayden, Kate was 5 and Bray was 3. 7 years later she's my keeper, and the 4 of us are one crazy family
