Our Story
Emily & David first met in 2020, when David drove lights and sirens leading a surprise graduation parade for her as friends & family drove by in celebration. A spark flew, but their story began in April of 2021. For their first date, David picked Emily up with Suka in the backseat, of course! They dined at a local brewery and ended the night watching a blood moon rise at a local park. It was clear something clicked, as date two happened just two days later. Since then, their life has been an adventure - from beach vacations to hiking 8 national parks, they make the most of their time together. In Acadia, David planned to propose on Cadillac Mountain with a scenic sunrise, the first sun light that hits New England. Instead, a wet, dense fog and cold weather kept them from seeing the sunrise, and of course Emily refused to stand up for said proposal in the freezing weather! Through it all, they’ve been a team and can’t wait to start their next adventure together as husband and wife!
