Two 14-passenger sprinter vans will be staged at Fairfield Inn for the welcome party, departing at 7:30pm. Space will be limited, so rideshare or carpooling is strongly encouraged for this event. Two 14-passenger sprinter vans will provide return service starting around 9:30 PM, making runs back to the hotel blocks. Rideshare is strongly encouraged.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Black Tie Optional
4:15 PM – Earlier Shuttle Pickup: A 24-passenger bus will pick up guests at Holiday Inn Helen. It will make a couple stops at nearby lodging along the way and then arrive at YMV. 5:00 PM – Final Shuttle Pickup: A 32-passenger bus will depart directly from Fairfield Inn Helen at 5:00 PM, transporting guests straight to YMV. 11:00 PM - Shuttle Departure: Buses will be staged for departure from the venue, transporting guests back to primary lodging locations and to the after-party at Paul’s Margarita Deck.

Buses will be staged for departure from the venue around 11:00 PM, transporting guests to the after-party at Paul’s Margarita Deck. For those attending the after-party, vans will be staged for return trips at 12:00 AM and 1:15 AM to take guests back to their respective lodgings.
