Shuttle to and from Rehearsal Dinner

Shuttle to the rehearsal dinner will leave from the Holiday Inn at 5:30pm. There will be a shuttle back to the hotel afterwards around 9pm. The hotels that the wedding blocks are at, the Residence Inn & Holiday Inn, share a parking lot. If you are staying at the Residence Inn you will need to walk to the Holiday Inn to catch the shuttle.

Shuttles to the venue will arrive at the Holiday Inn at 3:45pm and will depart for the venue at 4:15pm. The hotels that the wedding blocks are at, the Residence Inn & Holiday Inn, share a parking lot. If you are staying at the Residence Inn you will need to walk to the Holiday Inn to catch the shuttle.

Shuttle from Bear Brook Valley to hotel blocks

There will be an early Shuttle back to the Holiday Inn that will leave from the reception at Bear Brook Valley at 10:15. The rest of the shuttles back will leave the venue at 11:30. The hotels that the wedding blocks are at, the Residence Inn & Holiday Inn, share a parking lot. If you are staying at the Residence Inn you will need to walk over from the Holiday Inn.
