Question
Are there any special COVID-19 protocols?
Answer
First things first- all guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please be assured that your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of the larger community, is our top priority! Along with adhering to all local restrictions and guidelines, we have chosen to require that all guests who plan to attend be fully vaccinated. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to either of us directly. Since we will be requiring vaccination, we will not require that guests wear masks. We completely understand and respect any guests who may wish to wear a mask on the day. We will try to provide masks at the ceremony and reception, but also encourage you to bring your own masks as well.

Will there be a shuttle for guests?
Answer
Yes! There will be a shuttle to take guest from the Loews Hotel to St. Bridget’s, St. Bridget’s back to the Loews Hotel, the Loews Hotel to Germantown Cricket Club, and back to the Loews Hotel at the end of the night.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your kids, we really do! But we want this to be your off night, so the reception is a 'no kids' space :)
Question
Any recommendations for how to fill the time between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The mass will end around 2:00 and the cocktail hour starts at 5:00, which leaves about 3 hours in between. If you need to get back to the hotel there will be a shuttle leaving St. Bridget’s right after the mass and heading back to the Loews. Then the shuttle will leave the Loews around 4:15 to take guests to the reception. But if you don’t need to go back to the hotel, the church is a short walk from downtown East Falls where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. And the Germantown Cricket Club, where the cocktail hour/reception is, is only a short Uber/Lyft ride away :)

Can I bring a guest to the wedding?

Due to space limitations we are not able to give everyone a plus one. If your invite says “and guest” than a plus one is included in your invite (and you can give their information when you RSVP). If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to either of us directly!

Is there parking at the church and the venue?
Answer
There is a small parking lot and limited street parking at the church. There is a larger parking lot at the reception.

Is there an after party?
Answer
There is no formal after party, but that doesn't mean you have to stop celebrating! There are bars at both The Loews Hotel and Canopy, and guests are welcome to go there for drinks after the wedding. There are also several bars downtown near both hotels that guests are welcome to go to as well.
