Almost twelve years ago, our love story began in the hallways of middle school. It’s funny to see 14-year-olds now and think, there’s no way we fell in love that young - but we did. We grew up side by side, shaping who we wanted to be together, and have shared every milestone since: middle school continuation, high school graduation, college, PA school, and the start of our careers. On May 3rd, 2025, Dylan took Hailey up in a hot air balloon and when they landed they were officially engaged! Dylan first asked Hailey to be his girlfriend back in 7th grade. Throughout school, we went from holding hands under the science lab tables and sharing our first kiss under the stairs by her locker (even if he might’ve missed) to school dances, one where we were crowned senior prom royalty. At that time, we never imagined we’d one day be writing our wedding story. For college, we moved to Grand Junction and added our dog, Ziggy, to the mix - our “trial child” and favorite adventure buddy. After graduation, Dylan started his career while Hailey began PA school. We spent six wonderful years in Grand Junction filled with growth, laughter, and love. Recently, we moved back to Longmont, where most of our family lives, and began new careers, excited for the next chapter together. These days, we love road trips, camping, walks with Ziggy, binge-watching our favorite shows, and spending time with our nieces and nephews, honestly, anything as long as we’re together. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come from those middle school hallways. We’ve built a life we truly love, and we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter with all of you.
