The dress code is formal. For formal wedding attire, men should wear a dark suit with a dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes, while women should wear a floor-length gown or a sophisticated, formal midi or cocktail dress in high-quality fabrics.
October in Atlanta typically experiences mild fall weather with daytime highs around 70–75°F and nighttime lows near 50–55°F. Rain is possible but unlikely, with about a 15–20% chance. It’s ideal weather for outdoor activities, though a light jacket may be needed in the morning or evening.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors at the Historic Dekalb Courthouse.
The hotel is a block from the venue and an easy walk. If you are driving to the venue, the DeKalb County Courthouse parking deck is usually free after 6pm and weekends. The entrance to this parking deck is on W. Trinity Place between North McDonough and Commerce Streets. Additional paid parking options: • DeKalb County Courthouse Parking Deck – 125 W Trinity Pl. Decatur, GA 30030. $6 flat rate • One West Court Square • Town Center Parking Deck

The hotel just a block away from the venue, so no transportation to and from the hotel and venue will be provided.

While we adore your little ones, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family children. We truly hope you can join us for this special day!
