How Do I Book My Trip?

Answer

Please contact our Travel Agent, James Berglie with Be All Inclusive to set up your resort reservations and questions regarding transportation to/from the airport. A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your room by 6/15/22. Final payment for your stay is not due until 7/15/22. Can I Stay Off Property / Book On My Own?

ALL guests are required to book their stay through www.beallinclusive.net/HardyJohnseyWedding . Guests attending the wedding are required to stay on property at Secrets Akumal Resort. If your stay is off property, or you do not book through the booking link, you are unable to attend the wedding. If you are interested in a room type / range of stay not listed on our website - email James and he will go out of the way to make those preferences available for you! How Long Will The Bride and Groom Be There?

We will be arriving in Mexico on Friday, November 11th and returning to the States on Saturday, November 19th.

When Should Guests Start Arriving?

Answer

We request that all guests arrive on property by Monday, November 14th. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier and stay as long as they would like.

When Should I Begin To Look At Flights?

Answer

The ideal time is usually 2-5 months out. Flights tend to be cheaper the earlier they are booked. We suggest shopping around through Hopper, Kayak, GoogleFlights, Skyscanner, and local discount airlines (JetBlue, Southwest). HOWEVER, any bundling of flight+hotel will make your reservation invalid to attend the wedding. Resort stay must be booked separately through our booking website.

Are Children Allowed?

Secrets Akumal is an Adults Only Resort. We would love them to join us for our local "Happily Ever After" party!

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest", of course! We have factored the capacity of our ceremony in to the number of possible attendants, for any questions regarding bringing more guests, please contact the Bride or Groom!

COVID Testing Requirements

Answer

You MUST have a negative test to re-enter the United States. The resort provides these on-site. You can schedule this with the front desk upon your arrival to the resort to ensure you have results within the time frame of your departure date.
