Daniel and Ashley knew each other growing up freshman year of high school (he says eighth grade.... but that is untrue). They used to hang out with her sister, Krystle, and friends at the time, both crushing on one another but both afraid to make any move. Eventually life took them in different directions and paths. One night many years later in 2017 Ashley had asked her sister if she still kept in touch with Daniel. Her sister's ears immediately perked up, saying they both need to get together and that she was going to message him on Facebook. Immediately Ashley told her not to and she agreed. About an hour later Ashley received a Facebook message from Daniel asking how she had been. Thanks to Krystle and a little liquid courage of Rancho Chico margaritas Daniel asked Ashley out and the rest is history. Here they are close to three years later, dog parents to Waylon and ready to tie the knot!
