Travel

Fly into Luis Munos Marin Airport (SJU) and it is a Puerto Rican past time to give a resounding applause when the plane lands. You'll earn bonus points on the flight with any locals if you join in :) More info below on hotel blocks and recommended travel before/after the wedding. We both love Puerto Rico and highly encourage all guests who can to spend some extra time in Puerto Rico before or after the wedding enjoying the many things that the island has to offer. Mountains, jungles, caves, America's longest zip-line, and, obviously, incredible beaches!

Hotel

Hotel El Convento

100 Calle del Cristo, San Juan, San Juan 00901, Puerto Rico

This is where we will be having our reception! The former convent is just 42 rooms and rests in the center of Old San Juan. This is where the Bride and Groom will be staying :)

Hotel

Caribe Hilton

1 Calle San Gerónimo, San Juan, San Juan 00901, Puerto Rico

This hotel sits at the intersection of three of our favorite locales in San Juan. Connecting Viejo San Juan to Condado and Miramar, you might recognize scenes of this beautiful, luxurious hotel from The Rum Diaries! Awesome swim up bar in the pool that overlooks the ocean. "I mean shit, I wanna stay there for a few days." - Sofia and Johnny after looking at it

Hotel

Hotel Palacio Provincial

103 Calle de San Francisco, San Juan, San Juan 00901, Puerto Rico

This is the 84 room sister hotel of El Convento which is a 2 minute walk down the street from the reception hotel. This hotel is adult only, 18+.

Travel Note

El Yunque

Literally translating to "The Anvil", which Johnny just learned, El Yunque is the only tropical rainforest in North America and in the US National Parks and National Forest systems. There are many tour companies which offer guided tours and hikes beside, through, and in the rivers that run through the forest! Bring shoes you can get wet and muddy!

Travel Note

Toro Verde

Home to the longest and the fastest zip-lines in North America, Toro Verde is located in Orocovis, about 90 minutes outside of San Juan in the central mountains of PR. In our humble opinion, the best combo includes the seven zip-lines touring through the forest canopy and El Monstruo (95 mph and 1.57 mi) or La Bestia or BOTH if you're up for it!!

For all the days along the way
