My little sister is getting married!!!! That pretty much sums up who I am and how much Monica means to me. From sharing bunk beds to now sharing shot cups, most of my favorite memories were spent with my sisters! I always saw her as my little sister, but now I love seeing her transition into her role as a wife, Nyab, and aunt. I love you Monica, you are truly the definition of a fighter (both literally and figuratively), we know you will always fight for us. I can’t wait to celebrate them both and order 20 Tequila shots back to back with no chaser in Cancun with my baby sister and my new BIL.

Hello, everyone. “I am not only a mom, a mommy, and a mamacita,” but I am also Monica’s funniest sister. As I get to watch & be apart my baby sister’s wedding, celebrating one of her greatest moments in life, I cannot help myself but smile while crying happy tears that it’s really happening. I am so blessed to witness her grow into the strong woman she is today. I remember growing up & always telling her, “when I am older, I will sleep on the outside & protect you.” But that was never the case, all through out our lives, probably even now if I was to sleep over at her place, she has always been my protector in a sense & allowed me to sleep next to the wall. We may not share the same bed anymore, but I know I can always count on you & that we will forever share our sisterhood. You’ll always be my baby sister. Hello everyone, I’m Monica’s oldest sister and the manager of the family, the one who will have to squint to see who you are, not because of my vision, but because I want to see if you a true friend to Monica. Being the older sister sometimes means I’m the protector, but really, she’s like the older brother I never had (iykyk) and will always throw hands when I need it. Buying her food will always be a constant in our relationship, but I’m excited to celebrate her in Cancun as she marries JT and start this new journey (now I’ll have to buy food for two people), haha.

Hi, I'm Victoria, and I'm so honored to be part of Monica and Johnny's big day — I've honestly been waiting for this moment forever! Monica and I go way back to our college days. Interestingly, we didn't exactly start off as friends, but life had other plans. Somewhere between friend group drama and collecting a few mutual haters (oops), we realized we actually loved each other's company — and just like that, the best friendship began. Fast forward a few years, and plot twist: turns out I'm also Johnny's distant cousin. So really, this wedding was bound to happen one way or another — it's a family affair now! I'm beyond thrilled to stand beside Monica on her special day, just like she's always stood by me. She's not just my best friend — she's truly like a sister. I have known both Monica and Johnny since high school where Johnny and I both played football together. Johnny and I share common activities such as playing video games, going hunting, telling jokes, and most importantly, eating food. Monica and Johnny are two of my closest friends and are irreplaceable in my heart. I am so happy to see these two grow and prosper together.
