Denver International Airport or Colorado Springs Municipal Airport
There are 2 major airports- Colorado Springs (COS) and Denver (DIA): -Colorado Springs is a 2 hour drive, a much smaller airport, much easier to navigate. -Denver will have more flights but is a 2 hr 45 minute drive, much larger airport to navigate and a harder drive than COS *What is really important is that you understand we are 2+ hours from the airports, the roads could be winter weather conditions and you will want to plan your flights accordingly. Do not plan to arrive late at night unless you’d like to stay the night in the city and drive the next day in the daylight. It will be dark by 7pm at that time of year - you do not want to be driving past 7:30pm if at all possible. Returning flights also matter. You will need to leave 4 ½-5 hours before any flight out of Denver and 3 ½ hours before any flight out of COS. Early morning flights are not a good option. You will need to rent a car and we strongly recommend a 4 wheel drive type car. We are hoping you can coordinate grabbing a car with someone else traveling at the same time as you!

Surf Hotel & Residences
We are getting married in the courtyard of a boutique hotel and we are required to rent the rooms surrounding that courtyard for Thursday and Friday nights, March 13th and 14th. The rooms are blocked for those two nights, but if you want to extend your stay then call ahead so the rooms don’t get reserved by someone else. The hotel is within walking distance of most things in town and both of us will also be staying there so it will be so fun! We have a special block rate for those rooms for you. Use the code CHUPP-SARBER2025 when booking rooms. We need you to think ahead and call to make your reservations sooner than later. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy so we would strongly recommend booking more nights than you think you need so those rooms do not fill up. As the time gets closer, you can always cancel any extra nights you have reserved. The discounted rate is good for your entire stay. Our hope is that you come and enjoy all that the Colorado mountains have to offer and have a chance to relax and enjoy your time.
