The Pivot parking deck is located just across Franklin Street attached to The Moxy Hotel at 13 N. 5th Street, Richmond, VA 23219. Please enter and exit using the Hourly/Daily/Monthly entrance. The evening rate is $7.00 from 4:00 PM-3:00 AM. If you have a prepaid validation sticker, please place this sticker in the center of your parking ticket before using your ticket to exit the garage through the Hourly/Daily/Monthly exit.
