Transportation from Hotel?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for the Ceremony and after the Reception. (yellow school bus!!) Want to come early to enjoy the activities? Plan on driving yourself, you can always take the bus back to the hotel after the party. Ask a friend who didn’t drink as much as you to help pick up your car in the morning. ;)

Swimming? Sauna? Canoe?

Answer

There really is a sauna and water to swim or canoe in, bring a bathing suit! There are extra bathrooms with showers by the camping area.

I'm staying on site, tell me more about the rooms

Answer

Emily has videos of the rooms she can send you to ease your mind! Text 516-457-6828 If you are staying on site, the bunk rooms have their own bathrooms and linens are of course provided. Planning on a blow out? Bring a hair dryer. There won’t be an opportunity to catch up on cable tv in those rooms, but plenty of time to get lost outside and play.

How's the cell service? Directions?

Answer

There’s wifi on site, but terrible cell service, screen shot directions before heading out! Take Route 28 - Reservoir Road- 28A- Beaverkill (best way to get here) If you take the first left turn off 28 instead of Reservoir Road, it's a lot of winding roads that may get confusing for out-of-towners! (and maybe a little car sick)

Will I be able to get around?

Answer

Low mobility? Don’t worry! There is a golf cart and a personal driver on call all day who will take you anywhere on site you need. Including for the ceremony or activities.
