What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 5 p.m. We kindly ask guests to arrive 20-30 minutes prior for parking and seating.

The ceremony and Reception will both be at the Earle Harrison House and Gardens. See address on Schedule page of this website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are able to accommodate formally invited couple guests listed on wedding invitations. Singles will include seating for a plus ONE.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, but for the 30 minute ceremony only, we ask that you please do not bring small children (under 7 yrs. old). However, All children will be invited to the reception. During reception, seating in tent area will be reserved for adults. We will be providing picnic seating in grass area for children with a specially made picnic dinner provided by one of the lovely bridesmaids!

Do you have a hotel room blocked?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the following hotels: Sleep Inn and Suites, addresses and details on the “Travel and Places to Stay” link. To take advantage of the group discounts you must book your room(s) before September 20th.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it so we can feed you! (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by September 15 using the RSVP section on this website. If you don’t RSVP bring a chair and a cheeseburger 😉

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have a cash bar with two FREE drinks per guest included in your gift box as well as Eddie Ray’s Smokehouse providing a full meal, brownies and wedding cake by the lovely KupKake Kim!
