We're Getting Married!

There is a debate on where and when they met for the very first time. Allie says that they met at an information session for the Assumption Admissions Club. Johnny claims that he first saw Allie on the phone outside of their dorm. However it happened, Johnny and Allie became close friends during the fall of their freshman year at Assumption College. Allie will always remember how she was struck by his energy and knew that he would be a friend forever. Johnny says that he was struck by her beauty and knew that it was love at first sight.

After two and a half years of friendship, Allie and Johnny finally realized their love for each other and they started dating in April of 2017. Since then, they have done many wonderful things. Allie and Johnny moved into their own camp site in Maine and moved into their first apartment together about 6 months after graduating from Assumption. They even enjoyed being quarantined together during covid and both working from home for almost a year. You can find them now binge watching survivor and dreaming of the rest of their lives together.

Johnny spent two years organizing and planning to pop the question to Allie. With the help of amazing family and friends, he got down on one knee back at Assumption College, outside their freshman year dorm. After getting down on one knee, Allie thought Johnny was joking and said "get up we have places to go!" She quickly realized it was real and said a tearful yes. Not a moment later, out came some of their closest friends and family to celebrate the incredible moment. It was a day to remember!
