Diana is not only my big sister, but she is my best friend. Being so close in age caused us to fight over everything- friends, clothes, and the fact that she opened my *NSYNC holiday CD without asking me on Christmas morning. Although we may have had some pretty epic battles, there is no one else I’d rather have by my side. She is always my greatest role model, most patient advisor, and usually the only one to laugh at my jokes (because to be honest, she laughs at everything). I’m so lucky to have a sister who perfectly models love both in her own marriage and in her life.
Alexis Walters

Alexis and I met in high school running around the same group of friends. From Friday night football games to late nights that we don’t remember- our friendship started to grow. Alexis is also the only person brave enough to spend two weeks alone in Europe with me and live to tell the tale (and willingly sign up to do it again next summer). Not only has Alexis been a part of some of my fondest memories, she has also been one of the kindest friends I’ve ever had. From planning several surprise parties for me, helping with home renovation projects, and buying me groceries when I couldn’t afford them, Alexis’ generosity is unmatched. I am so honored to have such a great friend.

Honestly I have no clue where to begin with this one! I have known Traci for most of my life, which is reason enough to run in the opposite direction as her! But somehow this crazy, loud blonde has become part of my family. While most of our memories are not appropriate to share with the general public, I am so glad I can look back on the years and laugh. From drinking our first beers, to crashing the blue bomber on Halloween, you’ve been by my side through some of the craziest times. Thanks for making bad choices with me for the last two decades, queen creepy!

When I joined a sorority I was hesitant about the word “sister”. I already had an amazing sister, and I was so worried that getting a Greek family would feel like I was replacing my own. Luckily for me, Erica has not only become my little sis in Kappa Delta, but she has genuinely become adopted into my family. She is kind, quirky, talented, and has the best laugh of anyone I know. She is also my biggest fan- genuinely if there was a Johnna Lorenzano fan club, Erica would be the president, Vice President, and member of the year. Thanks for joining this crazy family, and for willingly standing by my side for this day and all the days to come!

Before I even met Danielle I knew she had to be a saint. If she could put up with Mikey, she was someone I needed around. Years later and we still love Danielle. She stays busy keeping Mikey in check, visiting with mom, and laughing at our dysfunctional family. She is one of the kindest and most down to earth girls I know. Best of all, she knows how to have a good time. David and I are so happy to have you around! We love you as much as you love Mia and ranch!

Cousins are life-long friends. This couldn’t be more true for our family! Growing up within walking distance of John and Elizabeth was probably one of the best things to happen to my siblings and me. Liz is smart, sarcastic, and genuine. Memories of our childhood include falling down the hill at Ellenberger Park, building forts in Noni’s backyard, and running late to mass every Sunday. Thanks for being not just my family, but my friend.

While I met Haley in high school, we have become even better friends in more recent years. Haley is definitely one of the core members of the Bros! If there is one thing I know about Haley, it’s that she is always looking to have a good time and keep it real. Senior year spring break on the 850 was definitely a wild ride. Having a big family is great, but having a small family can be even more special. While I have 13 first cousins on my dad’s side, Christian is my only first cousin on my mom’s side. Since she was years older than us, growing up Christian tortured my siblings and me with scary stories and late nights watching Nightmare on Elm Street. Holidays spent at her house would guarantee the best food and hours playing board games! We have so many memories at Indiana Beach, six flags, and more. I love spending time with Christian because she is so funny, kind, and easygoing. Thanks for being so willing to share in mine and David’s special day!

Andrew is the oldest friend I have. From our time at Central Catholic and Roncalli, we have always remained close. Andrew hasn’t been just a friend, he has been family. From playing basketball, making up songs, working at the CYO center, and just kicking it at the movies, Andrew has always been my go-to guy. Couldn’t imagine anyone else standing up with me on our big day!

I met Mikey in high school when Johnna and I first started dating. It’s incredible to have watched you grow into the man you are today. You’re easily the most hard working, inspirational person I know. I am so excited to finally gain the brother that I have never had.

Josh and I met in high school playing football together. If you’re looking for someone with a strong moral backbone and a good head on his shoulders, Josh is that guy. He is a loyal friend and I’ve been so blessed to know him over the last ten years.
