Things To Do

We are so excited to share a few of our favorite places in DC with you!

National Museum of African American History and Culture

1400 Constitution Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20560
, (844) 750-3012

This is an amazing museum that we highly recommend. Please be sure to get tickets in advance, as most museums in DC are now requiring timed passes due to COVID.

Union Market

1309 5th Street Northeast, Washington, DC 20002
, (301) 347-3998

This is a terrific local indoor market/food hall with unique restaurants, stores, and bars.

The Wharf

Washington, DC 20024

The Wharf is DC's newest day trip destination, bringing famous restaurants, new shops, and beautiful waterfront views together in one place.

The Phillips Collection

1600 21st Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20009
, (202) 387-2151

The Phillips Collection is an amazing art museum housed in a unique space and founded by Duncan Phillips and Marjorie Acker Phillips in 1921 as the Phillips Memorial Gallery located in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Among the artists represented in the collection are Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Gustave Courbet, El Greco, Vincent van Gogh, Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, Pierre Bonnard, Paul Klee, Arthur Dove, Winslow Homer, James McNeill Whistler, Jacob Lawrence, Augustus Vincent Tack, Georgia O'Keeffe, Karel Appel, Joan Miro, Mark Rothko and Berenice Abbott.

Lincoln Memorial

2 Lincoln Memorial Circle Northwest, Washington, DC 20002
, (202) 426-6841

This is our favorite memorial in Washington, DC. We recommend catching the sunset there!

Tidal Basin

Washington, DC

The Tidal Basin is a 2-mile-long pond that was once attached to the Potomac River and serves as the backdrop to some of D.C.'s best-loved sites. Every spring, the Tidal Basin bursts with color as cherry blossom trees (gifted to D.C. from Tokyo) bloom into cotton candy-colored tufts, and they attract hordes of visitors.
