John Michael and I met at the University of Memphis in Oral Comm - totally embarrassing because I'm a horrible speaker... but I did get a higher A than him :) Sarah and I actually saw him the semester before and I thought he was SO cute. I had no idea he noticed me too! A few weeks into oral comm together the next semester he came in intentionally late to grab the only available seat - next to me! (Romantic, right?) We stayed friends that whole year and actually lost touch near the end of the year. We both went our separate ways with our lives and relationships for the next few months. Finally, (lol) he texted me again and we rekindled our friendship. We got to know each other even better for about 3 more months before he officially asked me to be his girlfriend! The rest is history :) We dated for about two and a half years before he proposed (in the most amazing way) and now he's mine forever! <3
