Mixed Greens: Shaved fall vegetables, goat cheese, cornbread crumble served with honey balsamic vinaigrette (Vegetarian/Gluten-Free) Smoked Maitake Mushroom with Delta Blues rice grits, citrus-radish salad, and pistachio gremolata (Vegetarian and Gluten-Free) Beef Tenderloin with potato puree and crispy Brussel sprouts (Please note that this dish is Gluten-Free, but can also be made Vegetarian by requesting it without beef at the serving station.
