FAQs

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal evening attire is encouraged. If attending the church ceremony, make sure to bring a jacket since it can be chilly. Finally, wear comfy shoes to dance!

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

For the church ceremony at St. Patrick, there is ample parking space directly in front of the church. Please note that the entrance and exit to the church from Manhattan Ave are one-way only. For the wedding reception at Tampa Garden Club, there is ample parking space in a gated lot. The entrance to the lot is on S Ysabella Ave. If all parking lot spaces are filled, grass parking within the gated lot is permitted. Please be mindful that the venue is within a neighborhood and do not block houses.

Question

What time should I arrive to the reception?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive at Tampa Garden Club any time after 5:00PM. We will be hosting a cocktail hour as guests arrive. Cocktail hour is right around golden hour/sunset, so we recommend taking photos of you looking beautiful right on Bayshore Boulevard! The reception will formally start at 6:00PM.

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

The cocktail hour will feature coconut shrimp, bacon-wrapped scallops, and spring rolls. The wedding reception will feature family-style Vietnamese beef salad, crab and fish maw soup, soft shell crab, roast duck with buns, lobster with ginger and scallion, steak, seafood bird's nest, fried rice, and assorted dessert.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, drinks are on us! However, if you think our bartenders did a good job, consider tipping them!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited seating, we can only accommodate the children in our immediate family and those named on our invitations.
