COVID-19 Updates

John and I want to alert you to the current COVID-19 policies that are in place in New Orleans and how it will affect our wedding festivities. It is our goal that everyone is able to have a good time, and we want to make sure you have what you need as you prepare for your trip! New Orleans is requiring evidence of having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or have evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior to entering many establishments. Venues will be responsible for verifying your status before allowing entry. There are also some hotels in New Orleans that have implemented this policy for their guests at check-in. We understand that this is a changing environment and policies and procedures are subject to change. So please be sure to check our wedding website for any updated information as we get closer.

What Does This Apply To?

Not a full list, but those most likely to interact with

New Orleans Mask Mandate

Where Will You Need a Mask?

Please note that New Orleans has an indoor mask mandate in place. You will need to have your mask on when entering indoor spaces, but will be able to take it off at your seats. This includes our church and reception venue. Also note that Ubers/Lyfts will require that you are masked as a passenger, so you will need one if you are utilizing those services.
